Job Opportunity: Senior / Payroll Supervisor

Location: Belmont WA

Rate: $53-55 per hour + Super
Tenure: 12 months casual full time contract.
Start Date: Immediate

Evolve Talent is currently seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Officer / Payroll Supervisor for a 12-month assignment. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running and manage end-to-end payroll operations efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end payroll processing for fortnightly pay runs (one for approx. 70 employees and another for approx. 200 employees)
• Interpretation and application of industrial awards, enterprise agreements, policies, procedures, and relevant legislation (including taxation, workers compensation, and long service leave regulations)
• Systems administration and configuration within the payroll system
• Ensure compliance with all payroll-related legislative requirements

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience in a senior payroll or payroll supervisory role
• Strong understanding of payroll legislation and award interpretation
• Experience in system configuration and payroll systems administration
• Experience with Aurion is advantageous
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
• Current National Police Clearance (issued within the past 12 months)
